One of my favorite songs is Listen Before I Go by Billie Eilish. I remember the first time I heard it on YouTube.

It's about the effects of depression that has the potential to commit suicide. At the beginning of the song, Billie Eilish was on a rooftop, and she's about to jump off from there. Before doing so, she instructs the person trying to talk to her, she instructs her to leave her in the solitude.

She is entreating those who desire to speak to her to do so promptly, because she’s “leaving soon” (which means she will still commit suicide). And her mind isn’t open to apologies from anyone as she has already reasoned to take her own life.

And in the second verse, she wasn’t interested in words of those who tried to persuade her in terms of save her life. Then Eilish climaxes the song by telling to send a final message of her love to her friends.

This song reminds me not to bully and judge someone, because we will never know the feelings of someone who got bullied or judged. Someone can become depressed if he/she feels under pressure, and if someone is depressed, he/she can do something dangerous like suicide for example.
